Eat. Love. Live. Heal.
Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching
Eat:the foods that nourish and
restore our bodies.
Love: loving oneself. Shifting our
mindset to positivity, light and love
brings more of the same back to us.
Live: being present, mindful, and in
the moment. Remember how to dream,
and go after them. Cherish each
day and all it has brought to us.
These four words became an important part of my own healing process over 10 years ago from lifelong chronic illness, asthma, inflammation, anxiety, chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and more.
"Eat, Love, Live, Heal" transformed my health, my life, and my whole self.
E.L.L.H. Coaching and Consulting takes a holistic approach to wellness that includes: physical health, mental health, financial health, social/relational health, nutrition, and community wellness.
I feel increcdibly passionate about partnering with women to support them on their own journey towards healing from the inside out, finding themselves, realizing their dreams, and achieving wellness in all areas of their lives.
I came to Marisa hoping she would just tell me what to do, and fix everything. She made it clear in our first conversation that is not how this works. She told me that I had all of the answers, and together we could try to find them. This made me take a big pause, I'm in an world and industry where there is very much so a "You get what you pay for, and I the consumer get to dictate what I want." When she said this to me, I thought, if I had the answers I wouldn't be on the phone pouring my disaster of a life out to a stranger, but... I was intrigued, and something about her made me feel so at ease. I decided I'd give it a try and if it didn't work out I'd chalk it up to another failed attempt.
I did a three month program with Marisa, it changed my life, the way I approach it, and the way I now look for answers. She has a knack for asking all of the right questions, and providing insight with possible solutions. She was right, I had a lot of the answers, but I'm not sure I would have ever found them without her. She provided such a peaceful space to explore my struggles, find Grace for myself, Grace for others. I was able connect with myself in a way that I never have before.
