A little bit about my story:

My whole life I had many weird happenings in my health. I thought they were just normal. I mean, it was MY normal. (I'm sure you can relate).
...but, it turns out, it's NOT normal! About 10 years ago all of my "normal" happenings grew into blatantly not normal, scary, awful happenings. I was 40 lbs overweight even with a very active and physically demanding lifestyle.  I was tired all of the time, and felt awful, and started having some major, yet unexplained, issues...it was scary. What was even scarier was the pharmaceutical "road to health." Seriously, the options scared me almost as much as my symptoms. So I started desperately looking for another way...and I found the better option for me. It was an incredibly eye opening experience, learning what I was exposing my body to through food, stress, environment, and more. As I began to understand it, I began to make changes, and those changes led me to healing, and living a much better quality of life. Am I perfect? absolutely not! The up side? I live a better, healthier, more fulfilling life then I would have had the opportunity to, if I hadn't experienced the obstacles, learning, and growth. And even more importantly; in a crazy turn of events in 2019, I had the tools to advocate for my 14 month old daughter when she needed it the most, to help her heal as well. We don't always realize the blessings of our trials when we are going through them, but I promise they are there.

The other part of my story is that I have always been a lover and supporter of people and animals.  For over 20 years I have coached and mentored all ages as an Equestrian Professional. For over 19 years I was (and still am) the Head Coach for a University Equestrian Team. I feel my most important role in my students and clients lives is, and has always been creating a safe, comfortable, loving space. Adding value to their "tool box", and allowing them the room to grow in the direction they are meant to and dream of.
